WUW OFFER FOR AUTHORS

The author / scientific editor provides WUP with material to be published in electronic form:

• text in the form of a file in a text editor (prepared in accordance with the instructions for preparing the material)
• complete illustrative material (prepared in accordance with the instructions for the preparing the illustration)
• for the convenience of the author, reviewer or editor, you can provide typescript, i.e. an electronic file containing the publication text saved in a text editor with illustrations, but it should be remembered that illustrations embedded in the text are not suitable for use in preparing the file for printing and therefore all illustrations should also be provided in separate files (see section above)

The material provided is subject to a full cycle of editorial and publishing work, which can result in a traditional printed book and / or e-publication

• reviews
• possible substantive consultations
• comprehensive editorial preparation: substantive, language, editorial, technical
• typesetting, editorial corrections, technical corrections
• preparation of indexes
• preparation of the illustrated material for printing
• preparation of the cover and title pages
• purchase of copyrights for elements of publications borrowed from other publications (texts, illustrations, etc.)
• preparing the PDF file for printing
• printing and binding
• preparing e-publications (pdf online, epub, mobi)

EXECUTION DATE calculated from the date of delivery to WUP of complete materials for issue after changes and corrections introduced on the basis of suggestions from reviewers.

Notes:

• the length of the deadline is affected by the need for the WUP to conduct and decide on the tender for printing
• the date of publication will be met, provided that the author / scientific editor abides by the publication work schedule

• traditional promotional, marketing and sales activities
• promotional, marketing and sales activities in the online bookstore www.wuw.pl and social media
