A critical reflection on the way the presence of culture in international relations is currently noticed or the reasons why at times it is ignored. The publication encourages discussion on the influence of widely understood culture on interstate relations, on the quality of the legal and international regulations of important sectors of contemporary international law, and on the observance of the binding norms and international regimes.
