Labyrinths of Literary Text. A Collective Monograph Offered to Archbishop Igor (Isichenko) on His 70th Anniversary
The collective monograph Labyrinths of Literary Text is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Archbishop Igor (Isichenko), Doctor of Philology, prominent church figure, theologian, and authoritative literary, medievalist and baroque scholar, recognised both in Ukraine and far beyond its borders. The publication includes 28 articles by renowned Ukrainian and Polish scholars from a number of scientific and educational centres. The literary, religious and cultural studies included in the publication cover a broad historical period – from the Middle Ages to the 21st century – and together form a comprehensive picture of the development of Ukrainian culture in the European context, presented through the metaphor of a labyrinth. The publication will be of interest and use to scholars, teachers and students, as well as to a wide range of readers who want to learn more about the history and present day of Ukraine.
