Issue 4/2025 of "Przegląd Europejski – European Studies Quarterly” is devoted to three main topics: education and research cooperation development; gender equality in the EU and Türkiye; international political and economic problems. Individual articles present interdisciplinary analyses of key issues in the European integration process and transatlantic challenges.

The education and research topic opens with an article presenting a historical and legal perspective on the conceptualisation of the idea of lifelong learning in EU law, demonstrating the evolution of the Community's educational framework. It continues with a reflection on EU public diplomacy in the Southern Neighborhood and the potential of research projects in building regional stability.

Several articles in the issue emphasise the gender dimension of politics: from the influence of social movements promoting gender equality on policymaking in the EU and Türkiye, through a comparative study of the influence of culture and religion on women's roles in the automotive industry (Polish and Turkish companies), to an analysis of the normalisation of populism through strategies of femininity, using the examples of Marine Le Pen, Giorgia Meloni, and Alice Weidel.

Other studies include a forecast of the effects of the president Trump administration's trade war on the global apparel supply chain, and an analysis of the determinants of corruption in Italy during the Tangentopoli era. The volume concludes with a report from the International Scientific Conference "The Evolution of the Political System 2025." The publication is aimed at researchers of international relations, political scientists, and Europeanists.
