A Bibliography of Department of Ukrainian Studies, University of Warsaw
The volume offers an overview of select works by the staff of the Department of Ukrainian Studies at the University of Warsaw, encompassing publications issued from the 1980s up until 2024, when the Department was transformed into the Institute of Ukrainian Studies. The included works cover a wide spectrum of approaches within the field: from linguistic and literary studies to research on Ukraine’s history and culture, to comparative Polish-Ukrainian studies. Another important aspect of the Department’s production was dictionaries and Ukrainian language textbooks. The volume is supplemented by lists of articles published in the centre’s leading academic journals: Warszawskie Zeszyty Ukrainoznawcze (1989–2008), Studia Ucrainica Varsoviensia (2013–2024) and Studia Polsko-Ukraińskie (2014–2024).
