Issue 1/2026 of the journal "Przegląd Europejski – European Studies Quarterly" addresses key issues related to the evolution of European Union policies amidst growing geopolitical and economic uncertainty. Several articles are devoted to the EU';s trade and economic strategies, examining the EU's role as a smart power, changes in the approach to Chinese investment, re-shoring and friend-shoring strategies, and the resilience of knowledge-based services exports.
