Belarusian Minority in the Republic of Latvia, 1918–1940
The monograph is a history of the Belarusian minority in the Republic of Latvia in the years 1918–1940. Based on Belarusian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, American, Czech and Russian sources, it presents the situation of Belarusians of Latvia from the nascent of the independent Latvian state to its Soviet occupation, describing their numbers, social division, cultural, educational, civic and political life, as well as their relations with the Latvian state, other minority groups, the metropole, and Belarusians outside Latvia.
