About Warsaw University Press

Warsaw University Press was founded in 1956 as a publisher of scientific and didactic books, whose authors are the most outstanding representatives of Polish and world science.
WUP is not limited to one academic field, but publishes the most interesting works of Polish scientists, and prepares translations of works that aroused interest, controversy and made a significant contribution to world science.
