A Crime Against Environment and Other Legal Aspects of Environmental Protection
The publication is devoted to selected legal aspects of the most harmful acts against the environment from the perspective of criminal, administrative and international law. The problems discusses in the subsequent chapters are, among others: demands made in recent years to expand the catalogue of crimes indicated in the Statute of the International Criminal Court to include ecocide, the issue of the legal status of forced climate migrants, the issue of environmental protection under international humanitarian law, case law of the European Court of Human Rights in matters related to environmental protection, and the analysis of selected crimes against environment from the Polish Penal Code and the issue of the responsibility of collective entities for them.
