Introduction of the language used by the particle physics and solid state physics researchers into the basic concepts of group theory.
The author discussed the general properties of isometry and isometry matrices in two and three dimensions, and presented the simple examples of their applications to physics problems. He also introduced the concept of matrix group representation into description of the classical mechanics and quantum mechanics issues.
