Personal data protection

  1. The administrator of your personal data is the University of Warsaw with its registered office at Krakowskie Przedmieście str. 26/28, 00-927 Warszawa;

  2. The Data Protection Officer of the University of Warsaw oversees the correctness of personal data processing and can be contacted via the address e-mail:iod@adm.uw.edu.pl;

  3. Your personal data will be processed for perform the order;

  4. The data provided will be processed on the basis of art. 6 ust. 1 a, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council;

  5. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected;

  6. The data will be made available to external entities in cases provided for by law, and on the basis of the entrustment agreement will be transferred to the following entities:
    • OSDW Azymut Sp. z o.o., ul. Gottlieba Daimlera 2, 02-460 Warszawa

    • RavNet Sp. z o.o., ul. Płochocińska 19, 03-191 Warszawa;

    • PayPro SA, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań

  7. The data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the sales contract and in addition for 5 years from the beginning of the year following the financial year in which operations, transactions, proceedings were finally completed, repaid, settled or expired;

  8. You have the right to access your data and subject to the law: the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time;

  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;

  10. Your data will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.


Cookie policy
For the proper functioning of the online store www.wuw.pl it is necessary to use HTTP cookie, which should be understood as IT data, in particular text files, stored in users' end devices. "Cookie" are used to adapt the content of websites to user preferences and to optimize the use of websites. They are also used to create anonymous statistics excluding personal user identification.

Two types of "cookie" are used on websites. "session" and " persistent".
1. Persistent - remain on the user's device for the time specified in the parameters of "cookies" or until they are manually removed by the user.
2. Session - remain on your device until you log out of the website or turn off the software (web browser). We do not use cookies of this type as a standard.

Our site generates "persistent" files with a lifetime of up to 90 days. You can delete such files yourself before time.
Removing „cookie”
By default, web browsers allow cookies to be placed on the end device by default. These settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of "cookie" in your web browser settings or to inform you whenever they are sent to your device.
