Socialist realism as an art. Movement used for the needs of the socialist political myth. The study contains analysis of symbols aimed at presenting the structural relationship between socialist realism and myth, and a gender analysis of the iconic figures of male and female workers. The concept is based on the opposition of values: male/non-male and female/non-female.
