The monograph addresses selected issues from the borderline of law, finance and management of the public and private sectors, which have significant implications for the global functioning of enterprises and the economy. The authors focus on fiscal policy poroblems during a pandemic time, the rise of cryptocurrencies, aspects of the functioning of capital companies, ways of carrying out family business succession and the activity of an insurance broker through the prism of the legal environment.
