Selected Legal Aspects of the Syrian Refugees’ Return
The book focuses on the problem of the return of the refugees from the Syrian Arab Republic, who left the country as a result of the military conflict occurring on its territory since 2011. It explores the present situation of the Syrians in the recipient countries in the light of the norms applicable to the universal refugee protection system, as well as the legal and existing standards which condition their potential return.
