This issue includes articles written in Polish and English on the economic landscape of the European Union and the application and enforcement of law in the EU. It discusses the global financial crisis in international trade in light of leadership changes and the phenomenon of reglobalization.

The issues of ecology and the European Green Deal are reflected in texts on the impact of F.A. Hayek's book ‘The Road to Serfdom’ on liberal democracy, as well as the support that sustainable finance and environmental investments provide for economic growth in the EU.

A separate thematic area was devoted to the priorities set by the European Commission and other EU institutions, as well as the tools used to remedy infringements of the law (the EU Pilot platform). Attention was also drawn to issues related to the recognition of an authority as a “court” by the Court of Justice of the EU in preliminary question proceedings.

The problems occurring in Poland were described in the context of the origins and evolution of economic diplomacy, competitiveness in the export of knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS), and intensive intra-industry trade with key economic partners. One article also addressed the EU's macro-regional policy in the Baltic Sea region, which sets theframework for competitiveness, sustainable development, and economic integration.

In addition, the magazine featured a review of Naomi Klein's book ‘Doppelganger: Journey to the Mirror World’.
