The commentaries relate to the particular events of the biblical history, as each part of the Torah contains a specific story, has its heroes, happens at a certain time and place. The author attempts to familiarize the Polish readers with a centuries-old tradition of the Torah reading and commenting cultivated by the followers of Judaism.
