Forced labor of foreigners in Poland. Analysis of the phenomenon in selected immigrant groups
Forced labour is a form of human trafficking used to exploit the victims, even with their consent. Foreigners often fall victim to this practice due to their weaker social and legal position in the host country. The author shows legal and social mechanisms related to migration, either contributing to the phenomenon or not preventing it. He also identifies the factors that increase the risk of forced labor within immigrant groups in Poland.
