The book, published for the first time in 1939, is an appeal addressed to all convinced democrats to think about the mistakes they made during the twenty years of the independent Second Polish Republic, as well as an expression of the author's sharp criticism towards the political concepts of the conservatives from the Nonpartisan Bloc for Cooperation with the Government (BBWR). The presented reprint received a preface and footnotes.
