The Uncharted Territory of Justice: Reflections on Liberal Theories of Supranational Justice
The author analyzes the scope of the validity of principles of justice in international relations. He examines the argumentative structures of liberal concepts of international justice, reconstructing those rights and obligations presented, which should be imposed on actors of international relations. These theories assume different ontologies and axiologies (individual or group) and provide various answers in the matter of the distribution of rights and duties in international relations.
