Literaturen und Kulturen im Vergleich. Studien zur deutsch-polnischen Komparatistik (EBOOK)

Comparing Literatures and Cultures: Studies in Polish-German Comparative Studies

The book is the result of a project whose participants were researchers from Germany and several Polish universities. It allowed them to highlight the issue of Polish – German relations in literature and culture from a broader perspective and include a rich spectrum of research questions, methodological approaches and analyzed materials. Although the main thread of the volume was the search for similarities and differences in the way the same motifs and genres are approached, the authors devoted much attention to the intertextual dialogue and major social issues.
