The Balkans in Ukraine. Bulgarians, Gagauz people and the Albanians from Ukrainian Budziak
The collections of texts written by young ethnologists on the subject of Budziak, a little- known region in south-west Ukraine. The authors write about Bulgarian migrants, education and cultural identity of the inhabitants of the region, the relationships between minorities and the functioning of the language. The field studies allow to look at Budziak cultural mosaic, social processes which take place in the region and the changes in the identity of its inhabitants.
