Polish Language for Foreigners – Sacrum and Profanum
The monograph analyses issues usually omitted or insufficiently explored by researchers in Polish language glottodidactics. The concepts of sacrum and profanum are referred by the authors of the texts to topics related to: methodology of teaching Polish as a foreign language, the use of literary texts in glottodidactic practice, as well as the relation between language and culture in teaching Polish to foreigners. The authors present, among others, their own ideas and teaching solutions, sharing their experiences of working with foreign students.
