Contemporary Etiquette of Business in Everyday Practise in Poland
The author raises the question concerning the sources of etiquette and her dependence on diplomatic protocol, corporation’s culture and social etiquette in Poland. She describes in detail the etiquette in professional situations and she presents the problems the employees of Polish companies and institutions meet every day. The author at length describes the concrete behaviour resulting from principles of business’ etiquette and the variations as a consequence of difference of national culture, customs and traditions of politeness behaviour.
