The impact of new media on political changes of selected countries in the Middle East on the example of the Arab Spring
The author explains origins, evolution and consequences of the Arab Spring in selected Arab countries (with particular reference to Tunisia and Egypt), and proves that new media has become an important element in the ongoing transformations and its impact on the civil society and public sphere in the Middle East has not been ended with the disappearance of street protests.
