Nigdy dotąd nie mieliśmy w Polsce książki tak szybkiej, tak bezpretensjonalnie ekstatycznej i zachłyśniętej wolnością jak proza beatników. To zupełnie nieprawdopodobne, ale macie ją przed sobą. Żeby powstała, trzeba było punkowego załoganta, tekściarza, performera i frontmana, pasjonata i praktyka funku i reggae w jednej osobie.
Ile tu wspomnień, a ile literatury? Nieważne. Starczy dać się porwać przygodzie. A chętni rozpoznają brawurowo uchwycone scenerie i portrety z czasów narodzin punka i reggae. PRL, jakiego nie znacie, pachnący marihuaną i paczuli. Nie chodzi tu jednak o kronikę zdarzeń minionych. Na całkiem nowej płycie Deutera Kelner śpiewa, iż jest hybrydą Kmicica, Klossa, Tytusa i Janka Kosa. Oto bohater naiwny, którego spostrzegawczość szpiega wstrząśnięta została radością nieuczłowieczenia. Taka jest ta książka.
